A Chartered Accountant from India, with a Masters Degree from London School of Economics, Vishal was in-charge of the corporate finance business of KPMG in Singapore as a partner for nearly 20 years. He has advised privately held businesses as well as large public listed companies on M&A transactions across a broad range of industries.
